The Buffalo Farm – Scotland
Our Buffalo at Scotland’s largest Buffalo Farm are naturally reared and grass-fed. The buffalo meat is hung for a minimum of three weeks to ensure maximum tenderness and flavour. Water buffalo produce a very healthy meat low in cholesterol and high in mineral content with less than half the total fat content of conventional lean beef.
