With plans already underway for new web site designs we thought it worth experimenting with the blog to establish a second channel for promoting Scottish Restaurants and food from Scotland while the new site is being built.
Initial reaction has been very encouraging and we already have a couple of potential sponsors lined up to help us develop the blog further. Like most ventures it will be a case of trial and error to achieve our target audience so please let us a have some feed back as well as your contributions or suggestions for blog postings.
