The award winning Edinburgh New Town Cookery School is situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre and offers a range of courses that put everyone on the right path to becoming a successful cook. The school spans five floors and offers panoramic views across the Firth of Forth. Offering a range of long and short courses designed to ignite passions for food and drink, Edinburgh New Town Cookery School was founded by Fiona Burrell, formerly Principal of Leith’s School of Food and Wine.
