Venison from the hills, game from the woodland, trout and salmon from the rivers, prime beef, fresh fruit and vegetables. Needless to say, in the Ballathie kitchen we make full use of all this local Scottish produce.

Head Chef, Scott Scorer, brings together the finest produce from around Perthshire and Scotland to create innovative dishes and classic cuisine with a twist. Lunch and dinner menus change daily reflecting seasonality.
Our elegant Dining Room overlooking the River Tay is open daily for Lunch from 12.30pm to 2.00pm and for Dinner between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. Booking is advisable.
