Situated in the heart of Skye’s picturesque Portree harbour, the Bosville Hotel’s refurbishment has enhanced its quality and intimate interiors. Although seafood is the restaurant’s speciality there are superb custs of Scotch lamb and beef on the menu. Shellfish is sourced fresh from local boats and the lamb comes from one of the nearby crofts.

Named in honour of the source of its ingredients, Bosville’s  Dulse & Brose restaurant takes pride in its seasonal menu which featuring innovative combinations of Scottish produce. The style of cooking here is Scottish with a French Twist and will delight any palette. Locally caught seafood, fresh game and meats, organic Skye berries and vegetables form the basis for memorable dishes for you to enjoy at the Bosville.

Editor’s Note: Cullen Skink, Wester Ross salmon and Blackfaced lamb shoulder anad Nairn Pork are all on this exciting menu.
