Jamie Deans has a love for food and this is demonstrated in all the dish presented to our customers. Jamie’s drive for perfection and individuality makes him a trend setter for food in Perthshire. Having recently taken over as Head Chef at Dean-Let-Eat in Perth, Jamie aims to put his own stamp on his Father’s (Willie Deans) very first business venture. Jamie was brought up in the industry and at the age of 21 already has an impressive CV. Spending two and a half years working at the Strathearn Restaurant at Gleneagles Hotel, Jamie was soon poached by double Michelin starred Chef Andrew Fairlie to work in his acclaimed restaurant. 18 month later, with the opportunity to run his own restaurant, Jamie moved back to Deans Restaurant. 2017 will be an exciting year for Jamie and Dean’s Restaurant
