Digby Chick’s style is contemporary Scottish using the finest local fish, shellfish and game, cooked with flair and originality. Fillet of local herring with pesto butter and pepper dressing, fillet of hake with braised savoy cabbage, mashed potato and a light mustard sauce. As well as Minch Herring, local scallops, fresh prawns and excellent steaks there are ‘Catch of the Day’ Specials shown on the restaurant blackboard.
