Peelham Farm produces Scottish meats from their herds of free-range rare breed Tamworth pigs, Lleyn sheep and Luing cattle. The company producing lamb, mutton, field-raised beef veal and quality pork including cured products such as salamis. Peelham’s exquisite to high welfare and environmental standards.
In its organic on-farm butchery, smoker and charcuterie facility the Peelham Family produces all the meat from its own livestock (grass reared beef, grass reared veal (ruby veal), lamb and mutton; free range pork) for its meat cuts and joints, and to make its organic charcuterie, salamis, sausages, burgers, bacon and hams which it supplies direct to its growing range of consumers.
“We are a 680 acre organic, family-run farm located close to the Berwickshire Coast in the Scottish Borders with exquisite panoramic views of the Tweed Valley, Cheviot Hills, Lammermuirs and the North Sea. At any one time, the farm and its butchery sustain a working community from the locality of 8-9 people. Our team on the farm, in the butchery and in the office is the Partnership’s most valued and respected resource – and we are so lucky to have a great and dedicated (and fun) team around us!
Peelham can supply you with every meat cut and joint from our own farmed grass fed organic beef, grass fed organic veal, grass fed organic lamb, grass fed organic mutton and free range organic pork. Enjoy a traditional family Sunday roast, a week end sizzling steak for two or a mid week delicious slow cooked stew after a hard days work from one of our selection of organic free range meat cuts and joints.”
